Our story

  • December 2016: Zmiles was born under the name Gift Upgrade , opening its first store in Promenada Mall in Bucharest.

  • 2017-2019: We expanded rapidly, launching two new stores, the online store, and increasing product diversification by 30%.

  • 2020-2021: We responded to the challenges of the pandemic through adaptive strategies, which led to a 46% increase in revenue per store after the market recovered.

  • 2022: We rebranded the company under the name Zmiles , hiring the first manager and opening the first store in the new concept.

  • 2023: We optimized operations by outsourcing the warehouse, focusing on stores in Promenada Mall and Mega Mall.

  • 2024: We launched the eCommerce platform, bringing Zmiles closer to customers across the country.
