- December 2016: Zmiles was founded under the name Gift Upgrade, opening its first store at Promenada Mall in Bucharest.
- 2017-2019: We expanded rapidly, launching two new stores, an online shop, and increasing our product diversification by 30%.
- 2020-2021: We responded to the challenges of the pandemic with adaptive strategies, resulting in a 46% increase in revenue per store after the market recovery.
- 2022: We rebranded the company under the name Zmiles, hired our first manager, and opened the latest store with the new concept.
- 2023: We optimized operations by outsourcing the warehouse, focusing on the stores in Promenada Mall and Mega Mall.
